🎯 What You'll Be Doing:

📸 Content Creation

  • Create fun, professional, and on-trend content across platforms (text, video, image, stories, reels).

  • You’ll be the face and the brain behind some content — so camera confidence is a plus!

  • Content will reflect our core demographic (25+) and align with dealership promotions, community involvement, and sales events.

📅 Scheduling & Posting

  • Use our content calendar to schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

  • Experience with Postly or similar scheduling tools? Big bonus!

💬 Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to keep our community connected and heard.

  • Represent the brand voice with authenticity, energy, and professionalism.

📊 Analytics & Strategy

  • Track performance and generate reports to help optimize future campaigns.

  • We’ll teach you how to read the data and turn it into smart decisions.

👀 Trend Spotting

  • Stay ahead of social trends and memes, and find creative ways to plug our brand into what’s hot.

🤝 Collaboration

  • Work closely with our marketing manager, lead designer, parts & service team, and dealership sales staff to align messaging and drive engagement.

🗓️ Content Planning

  • Help build and maintain monthly content calendars for all dealerships and campaigns.

🧰 What You Bring to the Table:

  • Positive Attitude!

  • Studying or graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and best practices (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Confidence both behind and in front of the camera.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Solid writing skills — bonus if you’re fluent in another language.

  • Some basic graphic design skills (you’ll have access to our lead designer and videographer).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Valid G driver’s license — travel between dealerships is required.
